Depending on the delivery method you choose and the time of day when your order is placed, it takes from 2 working days to process your order. All orders placed before 12:00 CET from Monday to Friday (excluding Italian public holidays) are prepared and shipped the same day while orders placed after 15:00 CET are prepared the following working day. Processing times for your order may take longer during peak periods.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, notify us as soon as possible! We try to process orders as soon as possible so we can't always guarantee that it will be possible if we have already started preparing it
