You have 14 days, starting from the date of delivery of your order, to cancel the purchase contract for the products. If you do not exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day period mentioned above, the order is considered final and no refund will be issued. We accept returns only if the product has not been opened and/or used. The refund will be processed once we have received the product and verified that it meets the conditions mentioned above (unopened and/or unused). The only costs the consumer is responsible for when exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the item.
