Our products do not come with a hygiene seal. You therefore always have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving them, even if you have opened the packaging to check their condition.

We ask you to be completely honest: the right of withdrawal is intended to allow you to examine the product as you would in a physical store, not to use it. If the product is returned to us used, damaged, or in conditions that reduce its resalable value, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund proportional to the decrease in value. found, up to retaining the entire amount in cases of substantial use of the product.
