Yes, we ship throughout Europe.
In Italy and Spain, shipping costs €4 .90 , and shipping is free on orders over €48 .99
In all other European countries, shipping costs €14.
You don't need an account to shop with us. But we recommend creating an account, since it gives you access to your full order history, lets you save your shipping information for faster checkout, and even lets you recommend Blondesister to your friends!
Depending on the delivery method you choose and the time of day you place your order, it takes 2 business days to process your order. All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. CET Monday through Friday (excluding Italian holidays) are prepared and shipped the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CET are prepared the next business day. Order processing times may be longer during peak periods.
If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible! We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so we can't always guarantee that it will be possible if we've already started preparing it.

Please contact us at info@blondesister.com and provide the information below; we’ll get back to you as soon as possible: order number, a photo of the damage or defects in the product you received, and a photo of the package and the shipping receipt (please let us know if there are any signs of tampering).
The customer has 14 days, starting from the date of delivery of the order, to cancel the purchase contract for the products.
If the right of cancellation is not exercised within the 14-day period mentioned above, the order is considered final and no refund will be issued. We accept returns only if the product has not been opened and/or used. The refund will be processed once we have received the product and
verified that it meets the conditions mentioned above (unopened and/or unused). The only costs the consumer is responsible for when exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the item.
